Guarantee conditions BERNDES Küche GmbH
In addition to the statutory warranty of 24 months, BERNDES offers a voluntary extended manufacturer's warranty for many products. The warranty is defined in the different series and covers 2 to 8 years, in detail:
PRO: 8 years
B.GREEN: 4 years
ALLROUNDER: 4 years
STARTER: 2 years
CLASSICS: 4 - 8 years, depending on product
SPECIALS: 2 - 4 years, depending on product
Actions: 2 years or as indicated
ACCESSORIES: 2 years
Your statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this. If the object of purchase is defective, you can therefore always rely on us, regardless of whether the guarantee case occurs and whether the guarantee is claimed or not. You will benefit from our extended warranty periods in any case.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is only valid if the BERNDES instructions for use and care are observed. The warranty service consists of replacing parts with defects within the warranty period and replacing them with new parts or replacing the entire product. If the defective part or product is no longer part of the current product range, it can be replaced by a part or product of at least the same value.
Exclusion of warranty
BERNDES does not accept any warranty for complaints about a product which are based on any of the following reasons: failure to observe the instructions for use and care contained herein (see also http://www.berndes.de/pflegehinweise/), overheating, improper use, incorrect cleaning or the use of force. Nor is there any claim if products merely show signs of use (e.g. scratch, cut or impact marks).
For all claims within the scope of a warranty service, a proof of purchase is required. BERNDES reserves the right to investigate complaints in advance. Therefore, in the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department in advance by e-mail, telephone or fax. Please do not send any products freight collect to BERNDES without prior consultation!

If you have not purchased the goods within Germany, please first contact the local dealer in your country where you purchased the goods. The dealer will then contact us directly, so that the complaint can be handled in this way. Alternatively you can still contact Berndes Customer Service, who will inform you about further steps.
