In addition to the statutory warranty of 24 months, BERNDES offers a voluntary extended manufacturer's warranty for many products. The guarantee is defined in the different series and covers 2 to 8 years, in detail:
- PRO: 8 years
- B.GREEN: 4 years
- ALLROUNDER: 4 years
- STARTER: 2 years
- CLASSICS: 4 - 8 years, depending on the product
- SPECIALS: 2 - 4 years, depending on the product
- Promotions: 2 years or as specified
- ACCESSORIES: 2 years
Your statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected. If the purchased item is defective, you can contact us in any case, regardless of whether the warranty case occurs and whether the warranty is claimed or not. You will definitely benefit from our extended guarantee periods.
The guarantee period begins from the date of purchase and is only valid if the BERNDES use and care instructions are taken into account. The guarantee service consists of replacing parts with defects and replacing them with new parts or replacing the entire product within the guarantee period. If the defective part or product is no longer part of the current delivery program, it can be replaced by a part or product that is at least equivalent.
Disclaimer of Warranty
BERNDES does not accept any guarantee for complaints about a product that arise from one of the following reasons: Failure to follow the instructions for use and care included (see also http://www.berndes.de/pflegeleitung/ ), overheating, improper use, incorrect cleaning or exposure to force. There is also no claim if products only show signs of use (e.g. scratches, cuts or impact marks).
Guarantee claim
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. BERNDES reserves the right to examine complaints in advance. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service in advance by email, telephone or fax. Please do not send any products freight forwarded to BERNDES without prior agreement!

Information about the product
The 24 cm and 28 cm casserole pans, with their higher edge and larger frying surface, offer more space for voluminous dishes. Whether braised dishes, sauces or roasts - these pans are perfect for slow cooking and preparing larger portions.
Made from 100% recycled aluminum cans, the pans stand for sustainability and durability. The special mesh base made of ferromagnetic material ensures that the pans can be used on all types of stoves, including induction. In addition, the seal protects the pan base from corrosion and makes cleaning easier.
The mineral-reinforced non-stick coating on the inside enables fat-free cooking and reduces food burning. The ergonomic handle stays cool while cooking, so you can work safely and comfortably.
