Did you know that Berndes also stands for excellent customer service? We are still a little proud of our award from 2016: 3x VERY GOOD in the categories "product quality", "warranty/guarantee" and "design". We maintain this high standard to this day, even if we now prefer to invest our budget in things other than award seals.

But now let's get down to business, what can you find here? We have put together everything you need to know about our guarantee conditions, detailed instructions for use and care instructions.

Warranty terms

Warranty

In addition to the legal warranty of 24 months, BERNDES offers a voluntary extended manufacturer's warranty on many products. The warranty is defined in the different series and covers 2 to 8 years.

Warranty exclusion

For complaints about a product that are made by one of the
BERNDES does not accept any liability for damages caused by the following reasons:

  • Failure to follow the instructions for use and care (see above)
  • Overheating
  • improper use
  • incorrect cleaning or violence

There is also no claim if products are only show signs of use (e.g. scratches, cuts or impact marks).

Return goods

Return goods within the cancellation period?

If you don't like one of our products and you just don't get along, you currently have the option of sending unused products from your Berndes online shop order back to us within 30 days. Please send us a return request using the appropriate form.

Have you already used the product?

There are always reasons why you don't want to keep a product or are dissatisfied with it even after the 30 days have passed. In such cases, it's like a good relationship, let's just talk about it and we'll find a solution that we both enjoy.
