For our location in Arnsberg/Sauerland we are now looking for a
Employee (m/f/d) in procurement in full-time

In this important position, you will be responsible for smooth operations
between our company and our partners and suppliers. The primary job objective is the organizational, coordinative and administrative
Support of our Head of Procurement. This includes close communication
also order entry and monitoring of all subsequent processes.

Your tasks:

  • The article creation in our merchandise management system and master data maintenance
  • Correspondence with suppliers (national and international)
  • Shopfitting (coordination of appointments, area coordination with shopfitters)
  • Order Processing Import
  • audit
  • Shipment

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training with, if possible, relevant professional experience in procurement
  • Independent work and organizational talent
  • ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Business Central)
  • English language skills are an advantage
