Warum Universalpfanne und nicht Bratpfanne? Ganz einfach:
Universalpfanne mit einem etwas höheren Rand gegenüber einer klassischen Bratpfanne, gefertigt aus geschmiedetem Aluminium im Aluguss-Look in hoher Materialstärke für eine lange Lebensdauer und gute Wärmeverteilung. Der abnehmbare Stiel (separat erhältlich) ermöglicht eine platzsparende Aufbewahrung und die Verwendung im Backofen. Der Vollflächeninduktionsboden gewährleistet eine optimale Hitzeverteilung auf allen Herdarten, perfekt geeignet auch für Multizonen-Induktionsfelder. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die PFAS-freie Quarz-Versiegelung b.nature, die sich durch ausgezeichnete Antihaftwirkung auszeichnet.
Mit der Serie b.perfect geht Berndes neue Konzepte an, die sich perfekt in die nachhaltige Ausrichtung von Berndes einfügen. B.perfect bietet allen Verbrauchern die Chance Berndes bei diesem Ansatz zu unterstützen.
Neu ist hier der Gedanke, wie die Pfanne oder ein Topf verkauft werden: Pfanne und Stiel, aber auch Topf und Deckel werden separat gekauft. Es genügt also ein abnehmbarer Stiel für alle Produkte mit Stiel, so dass spätestens beim Kauf einer zweiten Pfanne kein neuer Stiel mehr erworben werden muss. Das spart 50% Ressourcen und Material sowie die Kosten für den Stiel. Große Freude stellt sich später in der Küche ein, wenn man bemerkt wie enorm praktisch der eine abnehmbare Stiel sein kann. Man spart nicht nur unglaublich viel Platz im Schrank, sondern man kann die Pfanne so auch jederzeit im Ofen verwenden. Ähnlich ist es beim Deckel, diese sind entweder in passender Größe schon in der Küche zu finden, alternativ kann er separat erworben werden und hilft so beim Energiesparen! Damit nicht genug, auch mit der neuen b.nature Quarzversiegelung kann man bis zu 12% Energie einsparen gegenüber eine normalen Antihaftbeschichtung! Außerdem ist die b.nature Versiegelung PFAS- und PFOA-frei, besteht also nur aus mineralischen Bestandteilen und ist damit besonders robust und hoch hitzebeständig.

We'll give you a helping hand. Every pan and pot from the b.perfect series has the b.nature seal made of quartz. That's it already. In addition, many models of b.perfect cookware have a removable handle. First of all, let's talk about the b.nature quartz sealing.

Our b.nature quartz sealing has a longer-lasting non-stick effect. Cleaning in the dishwasher? Clear! Stainless steel cooking utensils? Yes, of couse! Use the b.perfect cookware very intuitively. The non-stick effect will last for a long time.

Vario Click: Your best buddy in the kitchen
To use our b.perfect products in the oven and to save space, you can simply remove the handle of the b.perfect pans. The Vario Click system is compatible with the saucepan, the wok pan as well as the braising and universal pan and has a number of advantages:

Admittedly, most of our cookware is suitable for both induction and all other types of cookers. Nevertheless, we have to emphasize again at this point: you can use the cooking and saucepan as well as the serving, universal, wok and sauté pan from the b.perfect series on all hobs. You can also use them in the oven and simply use the dishwasher to clean them. Really strong!

We are always committed to making products more environmentally friendly. That's why we also use recycled aluminum from beverage cans in our b.perfect pans and pots . On top of that, we only use materials that meet the requirements for food use:
