Brand new in the BERNDES range is the b.smart series, which offers cookware for cooking beginners in the standard range. The aluminum used comes from 100% recycled can material and our 100% PFOA-free non-stick coating is used for the coating. Thanks to the induction mesh base, the cookware is suitable for all types of stoves and can be handled safely with the elegant plastic handle.

Tolle Pfanne mit schlechtem Griff

habe mir heute Berndes 24cm Re-Generation Pfanne bei NOZ für ~12€ gekauft, für mich als Luftfahrzeugprüfer(Triebwerksbau, Zelle... Umgang mit Alu, Plasmastrahlen etc..) habe ich positiven Eindruck.
Pro:
Beschichtung macht qualitativ wertigen Eindruck, Pfanne ist weder dünn blechern noch schweres Gußklotz, angenehmer Mittelweg Gewicht vs. Steifigkeit.

Negativ
-Nach dem Hand waschen und schleudern, lief auf der Kochplatte noch Spüliwasser zwischen Pfanne und Griff aus.
-Griff ist fast zu kantig, sitzt kontrolliert aber unkontrolliert in der Hand.
-in dem Griff Softbeschichtet ist, ist umlaufender starker Grat(vom Kunststoffdruckguß) an der Kante dran.
Fazit: Pfanne gut schöner Verarbeitung und optimal vs. Griff Verarbeitung, Klobigkeit eine Schande für den Namen Berndes.

Damit macht das kochen wieder mehr Spaß

Die Beschichtung unserer letzten Berndes Pfanne war nach 4 Jahren intensiven Gebrauchs nun doch stellenweise abgenutzt. Da ist es natürlich eine Freude, wieder mit einer neuen Pfanne mit intakter Beschichtung zu kochen. Beachtlich finde ich auch, dass die Pfannen zu einem sehr hohen Anteil aus beschichtetem Aluminium gefertigt werden. Noch ökologischer wäre es nur, könnte lediglich die Beschichtung einer ansonsten intakten Pfanne wieder erneuert werden.
