Healthy eating, healthy cooking - the “Veggie+” series offers the right cookware for this. Harmless, food-safe aluminum with a higher material thickness with our new b.nature quartz seal. This consists of natural raw materials and is completely water-based. Quartz particles are used for greater resistance. The resulting smooth seal is suitable for all foods and is also more robust than a normal non-stick seal. Don't worry about which stove you use the pan on, it works everywhere and even in the oven (up to max. 140 °C)

Grundsätzlich eine gute Pfanne. Jedoch muss ich bemerken, dass zumindest bei meinem Induktionsherd, diese nicht auf jedem Feld funktioniert. Wenn Mann mit einem Magneten an die Pfanne geht ist auch spürbar, dass der Eisenkern nicht so ausgeprägt ist wie ich es von anderen Pfannen in dieser Größe kenne. Auf kleinen Kochfeldern funktioniert sie gut. Ich erwarte bei Top Preisen auch Top Performence. Die Beschichtung ist super. Die Verarbeitung auch.
