Ich kann die Bonanza mit Durchmesser 28cm ohne Ausnahme empfehlen. Funktioniert sehr gut auf einem Induktionsherd und lässt sich leicht reinigen.
Pfanne sieht klasse aus, ist für ihre Größe leicht, hat eine sehr gute Wärmeverteilung auch auf Induktionskochfeldern, deren Spulen kleiner sind als der Pfannenboden.
