Leider ist der Unterboden der Pfanne nicht gerade. Dadurch haben wir vermutlich einen höheren Energieverbrauch bei unserer Induktionskochplatte. Können wir das Produkt zurückgeben?

bei Deiner Vienna-Pfanne handelt es sich um einen Aluguss-Artikel, daher wundert es mich, dass der Unterboden der Pfanne derart gewölbt ist, dass Du Probleme bei der Hitzeübertragung hast. Für Induktion sind nicht plan aufliegende Böden grundsätzlich kein Problem und haben dafür auch keine messbar höhere Energieaufnahme.
