Produkte gut, Lieferungen schlecht

Eigentlich kaufe ich nichts bei Unternehmen, die nur DPD oder GLS als Spediteur anbieten. Diesmal ging es nicht anders. Ich frage mich, ob diese Unternehmen sich nie als Test etwas privat nach Hause liefern lassen. Dann würden sie feststellen, dass DPD und GLS nicht für Lieferungen zu einem privaten Haushalt geeignet sind.

Danke für Deine Bewertung. Es ist tatsächlich so, dass DPD überwiegend zuerlässig ist. In Einzelfällen jedoch auch mal Probleme macht. Das Erleben wir jedoch genauso bei DHL. Dennoch prüfen wir bereits, ob eine Umstellung der Zustellung über DHL im Laufe des Jahres erfolgen kann.
Da Deine Bewertung nicht direkt das PRodukt betrifft, würden wir Dich bitten die 2-Sterne-Bewertung zu aktualisieren - nur so können auch andere Kunden sich ein reales Bild der Bewertungen machen.

Sehr flach

Nicht begeistert. Der Deckel ist wirklich sehr flach, und der Griff fühlt sich sehr billig an. Auch das Silikon, das um den Deckel herum angebracht ist, gefällt mir nicht.
