The "edition 100" series reflects what Berndes stands for: reliability, competence and sustainability. Distortion-free cast aluminum material with a material thickness of up to 8 mm on the base and a mineral-reinforced, abrasion-resistant non-stick coating are the key features of the series. praktisch in der Handhabung und schön auf dem Tisch - perfekt!

Pfanne ist gut und erfüllt die Erwartungen
Allerdings werden die mitgelieferten Thermo-Grips aus Silikon bei längerem Kochen so heiß, dass man die Pfanne nicht mehr anfassen kann.
Dann helfen leider nur noch zusätzliche Topfhandschuhe.
Da waren die alten Thermo-Grips besser.

Danke für Dein Feedback zu Deiner neuen Servierpfanne.
Die Thermo-Grips aus Silikon sind tatsächlich als SERVIERHILFE zu verstehen, d.h. die Servierpfanne bleibt auf dem Herd und sobald man diese vom Herd in den Ofen oder vom Herd auf den Tisch stellen möchte, steckt man die Silikon-Thermogrips auf.
Bei längerer Erwärmung überträgt sich die Hitze auf das Silikon, das bleibt rein physikalisch leider nicht aus.
Die alten Thermo-Grips aus Baumwolle erwärmen sich auch mit der Zeit und sind dann nicht mehr anfassbar, waren zudem weniger hygienisch - daher haben wir auf Silikon umgestellt.
Ich würde ich freuen, wenn Du die Bewertung dahingehend nochmal anpassen kannst, das Hauptprodukt hat doch keine 3-Sterne verdient. ;-)

Nach langsamer Erwärmungsphase kann man mit wenig Power super Bratergebnisse erzielen . Es ist eine vielseitig einsetzbare Pfanne.

Diese Pfanne ist schon die dritte (ähnliche, wir hatten Bonanza) Pfanne von Berndes. Die erste hat etwa 10 Jahre gedient. Die zweite 4 oder 5 (?). Ich konnte den Kassenzettel leider nicht mehr finden. Diese dritte Pfanne ist schwerer und fühlt sich so an, dass sie deutlich dickeren Boden hat. Beim Braten keine Unterschiede in diesen zwei Wochen bemerkt. Sie Pfanne ist gut, im Vergleich zu anderen Marken einfach die beste (Form, Bratergebnisse, Langlebigkeit).
