Employee (m/f/d) in internal sales in full-time
In this important position, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth processes between our company and our customers. The primary goal of the job is to provide organizational, coordinative and administrative support to the field service. In addition to communicating with our dealers, this also includes order entry and monitoring all subsequent processes.
Your tasks:
- Close cooperation with field staff and internal departments
- order processing and control (B2B & B2C)
- telephone and written communication with customers (B2B & B2C), e.g. advice on queries regarding orders and deliveries
- Customer service and expert handling of complaints and returns
- accounts receivable and master data maintenance
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- professional experience in internal sales
- Independent work and organizational talent
- ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Business Central)
- English language skills are an advantage
- Customer-oriented approach and goal-oriented working method
