The brand new 3-layer premium non-stick coating with the highest scratch resistance. Very hard, rough and therefore extremely robust and durable - without sacrificing the non-stick effect.
The ergonomic handle of the frying pan has a soft-touch effect and fits particularly well in the hand.
What's new is the double screw connection on the handle, which prevents it from loosening and thus ensures additional safety!

Ich liebe mein Berndes Stieltopf! Der ist leicht zu reinigen, langlebig (das ist mein zweiter) und bevorzuge Stieltöpfe die in Deutschland nicht so viel angeboten werden.
Es ist ein sehr gut verarbeitetes und hochwertig anmutendes Set. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Ausschlaggebender Punkt war für mich das recyclete Material. Dass die PTFA-freie Antihaftbeschichtung, zumindest jetzt noch, so gut funktioniert ist da ein netter Bonus.
Super Pfanne, mit Tricion Resist lässt sich alles super anbraten. Tolle Qualität. Gerne wieder.

Leider ist der Rand der Pfanne viel zu flach.
Gerade beim schwenken von pasta spritzt alles über den Rand.
Auch die bratfläche ist zu klein geraten. (28 cm).
Eine Portion pasta für eine Person passt mit ach und Krach. Für eine Familie braucht man mit der Pfanne nicht anfangen.
Die Pfanne hält auch hoher Hitze stand, ohne Schaden zu nehmen. Ideal für scharfes Anbraten und schnelle Zubereitung.
Diese Pfanne ist ein Traum! Sie lässt sich mühelos reinigen, was mir viel Zeit in der Küche erspart.
Als Single-Koch finde ich die 20 cm-Pfanne ideal. Sie passt perfekt auf meinen Herd und erleichtert mir das Kochen enorm.
Ich liebe meine neue Pfanne! Die Antihaftversiegelung hält wirklich, was sie verspricht, und sie sieht auch noch elegant aus.
