Ingredients

- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper
- paprika powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
garlic dip
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- salt, pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 4 slices of whole grain bread

For the mushroom pan, chop the onion finely and clean the mushrooms. Quarter large mushrooms if necessary.
Then heat the pan with oil and fry the mushrooms until they are golden brown. Then add the onion and fry for 2 minutes at medium heat. Now fold in the parsley and season the mushrooms with the herbs and spices.
For the garlic dip, first finely chop the garlic cloves and mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the warm mushroom pan with the garlic dip and wholemeal bread and enjoy the warm flavors of autumn cuisine.
